Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how Confirmo users can request deletion of their account and associated data. You may use this URL for Meta app review and platform settings.
How to request deletion
Send an email to support@confirmocr.com from the email address associated with your Confirmo account.
Please include the subject line Data deletion request and, if available, your business name or WhatsApp business number so we can locate your account.
What we delete
- Your Confirmo user account and profile information
- Business profile, services, availability, and booking configuration
- Connected Google or Microsoft calendar tokens stored by Confirmo
- WhatsApp automation state associated with your Confirmo business
- Client appointment and conversation records unless retention is legally required
Timing
We will acknowledge your request and complete deletion within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain limited records for security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, or compliance purposes.
When deletion is complete, we will send confirmation to the email address used for the request.
Disconnecting third-party access
You may also revoke Confirmo access directly from third-party services:
- Google: visit myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove Confirmo access
- Microsoft: visit your Microsoft account privacy or app permissions settings and remove Confirmo access
- Meta or WhatsApp: remove connected app access from your Meta Business settings where applicable
